A Clark Ashton Smith Conference will be held on on January 10th, 2026, the Saturday before Smith's 133rd birthday.
The conference will be a 1-day, ticketed event and held in Smith's hometown, Auburn, California. It is expected to be at the former Auburn Carnegie Library, which Smith used himself, and which was the setting for once of the scenes in his Devotee of Evil short story.
Tentatively, there will be 4-5 discussion panels with a lunch break, with a variety of authors, artists and scholars as guests.
